The snow may not have stuck around this weekend, but when it does, you should know: Denver requires property owners to begin clearing sidewalks as soon as snow stops falling. Pedestrian walkways are expected to be clear within 24 hours, and failure to do so could result in a $150 fine. Need help? Denver’s Snow Angels program sends out volunteers to shovel sidewalks for residents who need assistance.
