How Denver Chefs Are Changing Our Mexican Food Scene

In this conversation from last summer, cook and influencer Mario Martinez shares with host Bree Davies how the city’s changing tastes are being reflected everywhere from award-winning fine dining establishments to parking lot food trucks.
