There are no bad brunches, but the best ones, in my opinion, include mimosas 🥂 Whether you’re looking for a bottomless option or a bigger variety of flavors, Denver’s brunch spots have you covered. Here are a few good ones to check out:
Best Bang for Your Buck
Both the brunch menus at Irish Rover and Historians Ale House offer bottomless mimosas for $12 with the purchase of an entree. Similarly, Bar Nun in Capitol Hill has a $13 option on the brunch menu for bottomless mimosas with an entree or $18 without food. And, longtime Wash Park eatery Campus Lounge has an $18 bottomless option.
Mimosa Flights
Though orange juice and champagne are the classic combo, there are plenty of flavors to enjoy in mimosa format. Like the name might suggest, Mimosas, a Southern-food eatery on Welton Street, has a variety of ways to enjoy the brunch staple, including flights to test flavors like peach bellini and piña colada. If you have a large group, this Five Points spot also has mimosa towers that includes 12 drinks.
Morning Story, which has locations in Cherry Creek and the Tech Center, also offers a flight with pineapple, strawberry lemon, and seasonal juice flavors. Get it with an iced coffee flight or a bacon flight!
Going Big on Brunch
For a completely endless option, Tamayo has a bottomless brunch that includes drinks for $55 per person so you can enjoy all the huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, and cocktails you can stomach! Or try the brunch buffet at ViewHouse, where you can get a mimosa tower with orange, blood orange, or strawberry juice.
Another way to go big is with the mimosa table at Tupelo Honey, where for $35 per person you have access to a bottomless champagne tap and four carafes of juice in your choice of flavors for an hour and a half.
Looking for an all day, everyday option? Try The Lobby’s award-winning bottomless mimosas or premium mimosas.
