Lavender Coffee Boutique, a new CBD coffee shop, is gearing up to open in the Platt Park neighborhood sometime this fall. It will serve CBD-infused lattes and tea, and sell other CBD products like lotion and bath salts. [BusinessDen 🔒]

🥐 The best of Denver’s bakers have come together to form the 5280 Pastry Co-op with the unified mission of making the Mile High a can’t-miss destination for pastry chefs and lovers of baked goods everywhere. [Westword]

🍙 Denver’s latest Vietnamese restaurant, Sap Sua on East Colfax, was promised to be a showstopper — even named on Bon Appétit's list of most anticipated restaurants in the country — and at least according to our friends at 303 Magazine, that’s exactly what it is.
