What would a celebration of our cowtown culture be without a sizzling steak dinner? Good thing there are several places you can order one right at the Stock Show. Hometown-brewed beers? You bet. All the fair food faves? Obviously. The food at the Stock Show is half of the experience! So bib up and get hungry — here are the spots you shouldn’t miss.
Smokehouse BBQ Grill
This sit-down restaurant in the northwest corner of Floor 2 of the Hall of Education is a crowd-pleasing family favorite every year, doling out heaping plates of slow-smoked meats, sweet baked beans, and steaming cornbread.
Denver Stockyard Saloon
Located just across the tracks at the Stockyards Event Center, you can step away from the crowds to refuel and recharge with American and Mexican menu staples, while enjoying live country music.
Snack Stands and Food Courts
Satisfy your carnival fare cravings at any number of food stalls dotted all around the grounds where you can find giant, juicy grilled turkey legs, loaded cheesy fries, and corn dogs fresh out of the fryer. Pair any of that with candied nuts, deep-fried Oreos, or funnel cake for the full Stock Show experience.
Coors Cowboy Bar
This watering hole located smack dab in the center of the Floor 1 Cattle Barns is a stock show can’t-miss. Come for the beer, stay for the vibes. Looking for something slightly more sophisticated? Check out the wine bar in the southwest corner of the second floor.
