This weekend, the Colorado Front Range is kicking off its second annual weeklong celebration of Asian, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander cuisine and culture with Mile High Asian Food Week! Running April 28 through May 4, diners can find an array of exclusive culinary experiences, like secret menu items, specialty bites, BOGO deals, and restaurant collaborations.

With over 100 participating chefs and restaurants spanning Castle Rock to Boulder, it’s hard to know where to begin. For starters, you can see a list of vendors on the MHAFW website and filter by dietary preferences and city. Or, you can use the interactive map to plan out your dining route. OR, you can reference this official Hey Denver guide to MHAFW (aka a suggested breakdown of my personal Denver picks) 👇 Happy eating!
