On my plate this week: Rocky Fin Poké Bar. This hidden little gem — which straddles the borders of City Park West, Cap Hill, and Cheesman Park — is one of my favorite places to eat when I’m working in Denver. (Host Bree Davies and I may or may not order it almost every Thursday… 😬) Serving build-your-own, Hawaiian-style poké bowls filled with tender fish, bright produce, and a fresh and extensive array of topping options, Rocky Fin is all the rave with zero pretension. Self-described as “compact” and “no-frills,” all their focus is on the food. It’s my go-to meal when I’m craving something quick, healthy, wallet-friendly, and consistently delicious. And bonus: Rocky Fin just opened a second location in Westminster!
