🍔 Vine Street Pub Returns
Vine Street Pub & Brewery will serve its famed burgers and beers once again! The restaurant announced plans to reopen in May, more than four years since it shuttered in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. 🫔 La Plaza Marketplace Opens in Aurora
A brand new food hall and marketplace is set to debut with a soft opening in Aurora this weekend. La Plaza will be a 100,000-square-foot grocery store and market dedicated to showcasing local, independent Hispanic makers and products. The space will also include an arcade, a bar, event spaces, a salon, and a spa. [Westword]

The Collaboration Beer Fest is scheduled for this Saturday, when festival-goers can sip their way through unique and exclusive samples from more than 130 Colorado brewers. Maybe, according to a new report from Clever Real Estate. The team there used a city’s pizza reputation, number of pizza restaurants, average Yelp rating for pizzerias, and the average price of a large cheese pizza as the factors to determine their rankings, and Denver came out on top.
