👀 Root Down, a longtime fan-favorite from local culinary group Edible Beats, is taking legal action against a new neighboring eatery called Rooted. Edible Beats claims Rooted “intentionally and blatantly copied Root Down” in name and concept. [BusinessDen 🔒]

🍻 Tickets to the 2023 Great American Beer Festival are officially on sale as of yesterday! The annual event is scheduled for Sept. 21-23; general admission tickets are $95.
